So thankful that he is my partner 100%. That he makes Christmas happen. And that he cleans up after our big family dinner.
Thankful for a relaxing and hilarious vacation. That this was my home for almost a week.
today was just great. business excitement. Pain-free run. Amazing endorsements. Clean sheets.
(Not that today didn’t have a fair share of bummed out and hard decisions. But overall? No complaints.)
when I got ready to leave this morning, the bed was already made. the way I like it made.
i’m so thankful for my husband. that he goes along with all the self-improvement projects: making the bed, cleaning on a schedule, running on a schedule, seeing our friends more, eating out less, eating differently. that he not only goes along with me, but encourages me. becomes a part of my projects.
i know how blessed i am to have a supportive husband. (who also just loaded the dishwasher.) i just need to say it more often.
thankful for an antidote to my horrible winter skin.
not being able to get to work because of bad roads had benefits. i got to take my important (and a little stressful) phone call in my big blue chair with Nate’s cozy blanket.
today I spent all day in the kitchen.
and now we have breakfasts, lunches, and dinners ready for all of this week and the week after the cruise.
so thankful that we have meals for this week and meals to come home to. (especially the puerto rican lasagna!)
i spent my evening getting back to my roots.
so thankful that my roots are the Golden Girls and a sewing machine.
thankful for a good book, warm sheets, and in bed at 9pm.
through the plague, baths were the only thing that made me feel close to human. thankful for bath salts.
